As an entrepreneur, coach, and speaker, the one thread that weaves through all my work is a single, powerful question:

What is your peace?

How can we create intentional peace one that grounds us, steadies us, and makes us feel deeply loved and connected to the universe? How do we cultivate a peace that isn’t passive but energetic, alive, and in tune with who we truly are?

And beyond that, how do we create spaces that nurture this peace spaces that reinforce our joy, celebrate our authenticity, and remind us that we belong?

As a young entrepreneur, I have had the opportunity to hold space for these conversations in ways that are deeply meaningful to me. I have run panels on neurodivergent joy, explored what it means to find your dream as a neurodivergent founder, and led roundtable discussions on working with your strengths.

I have spoken on important topics like compassionate honesty, understanding diversity of thought, and how we can honor ourselves while honoring each other. Each conversation, each gathering, has been an invitation to pause, to reflect, and to explore new ways of living with intention and leading with authenticity.

One of my biggest professional achievements has been speaking at TEDxBrighton 2024 on a theme close to my heart:

Building a Joyful House.

A community space that allows us to heal, empower each other, uplift each other, and make time for joy. Because when we create environments that support healing and joy together, we build more than just spaces—we build grounded, thriving communities.

Communities where we don't just survive we expand.

Where we don't just exist we feel deeply, live fully, and grow in peace.
