Being Human Book Launch

Join the Movement: The Launch of Being Human

I didn’t write Being Human to follow a trend or add another title to the shelves. I wrote it during one of the most challenging periods of my life—a time when I was recovering from the most profound burnout I’ve ever experienced. It was a burnout that felt like 70% mental strain and 30% physical and sensory overload. Originally, the book was just for me—a space to reflect, to gather my thoughts about life, my career, and where I wanted to go next.

But over time, it became something more. It grew into a vision for the world as I hope it could be—a world shaped by what I’ve learned, what I’ve struggled with, and what I’ve dreamed of.

This is not just a book; it’s a manifesto, a provocation, and a movement. At its heart, Being Human is about creating a world where:

• People lead lives rooted in peace and self-grace, showing true love to themselves and one another.

• Communities and individuals work together to foster growth, protect peace, and collectively shape their futures as whole, authentic beings.

• Systems are designed to protect those who protect our communities, ensuring that care and justice remain central.

I know the title isn’t unique—there are nearly ten books (or maybe more) that share the same name. But I chose it anyway because this is the core of my hope: a world where we can all fully be human.

This book is not a prescriptive guide or a collection of answers. It’s a conversation starter, a tool for reflection, and, I hope, a way to bring people together no matter their differences.

One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned is the importance of being challenged. A friend once pointed out that I might not surround myself with enough people who question my ideas. Whether or not that’s true, they had a point: we all risk falling into echo chambers. Being Human is an attempt to break free of that—a call for connection, communication, and collective growth.

So here it is, my offering to the world. My hope is that it invites reflection, sparks conversations, and inspires us to show up as our whole selves for ourselves, our communities, and the systems we rely on.

The time is now. Let’s reject the chaos of modern life and rebuild a world that reflects our highest potential. Let’s create a world where we can all finally, fully be human.
